Welcome to the HBMS World Language Department!
At Haynes Bridge Middle School, we proudly offer classes in three different languages: Spanish, French, and German. Our well-developed curriculum in all three languages and the challenging courses provide students with a strong foundation for continuous learning.
Students can begin their World Language education in the sixth grade and continue their studies through the eighth grade. A passing grade in each semester of 7th and 8th grade will earn a student credit for their first year of World Language at the high school level.
Haynes Bridge World Language teachers employ a variety of techniques to encourage learning and generate excitement in the classroom. This includes guest speakers, cultural events, and creative daily lessons.
